Yuri and Emily fed the elephant. I couldn't get a photo since it happened too quickly. Took one of this random stranger though that shows how feeding works.

Petting the wallabies.

Petting the emu.

Photos with the white lion cub were by appointment only. We got to pet the lion briefly; its fur was very rough like a brillo pad, not at all soft like a kitten.

The kids don't seem to understand how special it is to touch a lion cub.

After the safari, we went to the amusement park next door. Emily really likes Thomas.

Emily and i took a train ride while Yuri and Noriko rode on a rollercoaster.

Yuri and Noriko also went on this.

Emily and i went on another ride too.

Before we disembarked, i asked one of the staff to take this picture.

This is what we rode. Yuri wanted to ride it too, so she and Noriko went on it.

Emily starting the morning rounds, inspecting the front garden.

Everything seems to be in order.

I found a pumpkin in Japan! Kids and i can make a jack-o-lantern! It wasn't cheap, and the store only had 6 to choose from, but still, it was the first time i've seen decorative pumpkins for sale here.

Free toy from the neighbors. Very well made.
